Mohammed
Mohammed is the senior teacher at YogaHum. Yoga with Mohammed is an invigorating and dynamic experience leaving you feeling strong and calm. A Hatha Yoga teacher by origin, he gained his qualifications in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains in Rishikesh, India. Bringing traditional training, and experience from around the world Mohammed has a compassionate yet challenging approach and brings various techniques and sequences from different schools making it a more integral approach to his teaching. In his class you will move through vinyasa in and out of postures that encourage you to build body heat and challenge your stamina. Mohammed teaches a variety of classes and is trained to teach pre-post natal yoga.
Mohammed encourages you try both his classes and that of other teachers to broaden your learning and to find the teacher and style that best suits your needs. Mohammed teaches in French and English, whether you are experienced or new to yoga Mohammed is happy to welcome you to this small but friendly yoga centre.
Valentine
Valentine is a Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga teacher trained at the Fédération Française de Yoga by Gérard Arnaud. Valentine teaches a dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga bringing attention to the breath.
Valentine’s classes are inspired by the power and energy of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, the attention to heart opening of Anusara Yoga and the gentleness of Hatha Yoga. Convinced by the benefits of a steady and enthusiastic practice, she focuses on accuracy and rigor but also on gentleness and relaxation.
Maria
Maria N. Marin is a Hatha Intergal Yoga teacher from the Centre de Yoga du Marais in Paris. She is trained to teach children through the Radiant Child Yoga Program. Maria also teaches English (Master of Arts in English Language and Literature) since 1995.
In her yoga classes for children, Maria incorporates stories, songs, drawings, body and mind awareness and of course English. The children are learning in an open, playful and friendly atmosphere.
During her lessons, the children release their energy and learn to control their physical body and emotions thus helping them to be calmer and more focused. All the while having fun at the same time!

Carlos
Carlos Sanchez originates from La Paz, Mexico and gained his qualification in Hatha yoga in the same tradition as YogaHum in Rishikesh. With 15 years practice of contemporary dance, he continues to develop through his activity as a Shiatsu massage and reflexology therapist.
Carlos offers you an approach sincere and serene and joyful in its manner. He invites you to find your own balance and rhythm through postures, breathing techniques and meditation and progressively constructing a real harmony with your body.
Carlos is qualified to teach pre-natal yoga.
